Follow these activation instructions to allow you to start using our service. The first step is to simply insert your PhoneBox SIM Card into your device, restart it, then if your device doesn't automatically connect you will need manually set the APN settings.

When using your phone:
Insert SIM card > restart your iPhone > follow the Setup Assistant (includes connecting to Wi-Fi network, signing in with or creating a free apple ID, setting up iCloud, turning on recommended features such as Location Services and Find My iPhone, and activating your iPhone with your carrier).
When using a computer:
(Please ensure that you have the latest iTunes is installed on your computer). Connect your iPhone to your computer by using the USB cable that came in the box or a compatible cable. iTunes will start automatically and will prompt you to install an update to the carrier settings. Please click on the “Update Settings”, and iTunes will install data, SMS and Voice services onto your smartphone. After this step is done, navigate to Settings > General > About and ensure that Carrier is listed as “Telus”. If “Telus” isn’t displayed, try to disconnect the USB cable, wait 60 seconds, reconnect it, and repeat the previous steps.
APN Settings:
After inserting SIM Card restart your Smartphone. Go to Settings > Wireless & Networks > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names > Press “MENU” Button > New APN.
Insert SIM card > restart your device. If your Device doesn't connect automatically connect to your device manually set the APN settings

There are 5 different ways to make payments to PhoneBox.
Wireless Plans
Clients that are not satisfied with the wireless services provided by PhoneBox are eligible to cancel their wireless service within 7 days of activation. PhoneBox is entitled to ask for any overages occurred during this time of the usage. After this 7 day period, the Client's minimum commitment with PhoneBox's wireless service is 1 month. The SIM Card fee if waived at the activation, will be charged and deducted from the refund amount.
Merchandise
PhoneBox policy allows 14 days refund period from the day of purchase. Lost or Stolen items will not be refunded.
*Electronic Items need to be inside their original package to be refunded.If Clients wish to return unpacked electronic items, they will receive PhoneBox credits, which are usable for our wireless services or any merchandise offered by PhoneBox.
*Non-electronic items are subjected to refund. Damaged items cannot be refunded. Physically damaged items cannot be refunded; Physical damage includes but is not limited to stain, tear, scratches and broken parts
