You can find your SIM Card number on the SIM Card as we get our wireless service from other companies, do not be alarmed if your SIM Card does not say PhoneBox. Telus's SIM Cards contain 19 digits and Rogers + Bell contain 20.

You are unable to port in your phone number if your number is already with PhoneBox.

If you port in your number you are unable to port out for a minimum of 3 months.

You can only port in a Canadian phone number

You must inform your current provider that you wish to port out or you will be unable to port out your Phone Number.

Deliveries within Canada take from 3-4 business days to be delivered.
Deliveries internationally (outside of Canada) take from 7-10 business days to be delivered.
